"I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from one of your agents, Kyle Rourke. Unfortunately, my recent interactions with Mr. Rourke have been extremely disappointing and have led me to the decision to leave State Farm. Throughout our communications, Mr. Rourke exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior. He was consistently short-tempered and dismissive, rushing through our discussions and giving the impression that he had no time for me as a customer. Despite my efforts to address my concerns, I felt disregarded and ignored. Such behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from a representative of a reputable company like State Farm. As a result of this experience, I am no longer confident in continuing my relationship with your company, and I have made the decision to take my business elsewhere. I hope that you take this matter seriously and address the issues with Mr. Rourke’s conduct to ensure that other customers do not face the same treatment. Then when attempting to cancel my policy, they ignored my emails until I finally reached out through with a phone call. But was treated very rudely even thought I was very nice to the gentlemen. My rates have only increased with this insurance. Not sure how there are so many good reviews. Something feels off about this place."

"I recently called the office to inquire about their insurance services, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service I received. The representative was not only friendly and welcoming but also very knowledgeable and patient in answering all of my questions. "They always increased my rates without contacting me. When I would call them, it was hard to reach them. When I did, they were rude or unwilling to help. Last gentleman I spoke to, I asked for a quote on my new car. He gave me the highest quote I’ve received despite being a customer the last 3 years, I said that and he told me to switch companies and hung up on me. So I did, I’m at geico now, paying significantly less than what they quoted me, and less than what they charged me on my last car. I’ve been trying to reach them for 4 days now to cancel my policy. I don’t know where these good reviews are coming from lol."

"NEVER will I do business with StateFarm especially at this location. Very unprofessional and not organized. Especially Karen, she thinks she's the goddess of StateFarm. Makes decisions on customers accounts but customer service nor her coworkers have any clue what's going on. I guess she keeps "private notes." STAY AWAY! 3 words "Better Business Bureau". They had no problem taking the automatic payments from my Chase account every month. Claimed they called Me about the account in August. But don't want to give me the reason as to why they dropped my insurance. Make their customers feel like criminals."
We responded:
"Hi Nancy - First off, you are a NOT a customer at our office. As discussed yesterday with multiple staff, you tried to get information on one of our customers and for PRIVACY reasons we cannot share that with you. We have no "private notes". We do have to respect the law and our customers privacy. We'd ask that you take this false review down since you are not and have never been a customer in our office. We will also report this to google for said reason. "
